We are looking for a dedicated professional to join out marketing analytics team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer demographic profiles and producing targeted lists to support direct marketing campaigns by interfacing with internal and external clients to capture requirements.  The analyst will create code to produce selections,  sample data sets to produce final lists, and report the results back to the client.  The analyst will utilize analytical, creative, and resourceful skills for problem solving. 

• Advanced working knowledge of SAS (Data step, PROC SORT, PROC MEANS, PROC FREQ, and PROC SQL)
• In-depth knowledge of SQL severs, specifically knowledge of T-SQL queries, table joins, update, modifications, and indexing.
• Working knowledge and experience with household consumer demographic data (Acxiom, Donnelley/InfoUSA, Experian, Equifax, etc.).
• Working knowledge and experience with household and geographic segmentation systems (Tapestry, Mosaic, PRISM, etc.).
• Experience with using U.S. Census data in analyses and models.
• Advanced-level skills in Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables, format date table for reports, and produce meaningful graphs.
• Proficient in remaining Microsoft Suite (Powerpoint, ACCESS, Word, & Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills and strong follow-through.
• Team player with the ability to multi-task.
• English skills sufficient to support the capturing, understanding, and designing of client requirements.  Must be able to report results back to the client in written and oral presentations. 
• College degree (minimum of BA/BS) with a focus on statistics, mathematics, quantitative methods, geographic analysis using GIS, or urban planning.
