We are looking for an energetic professional with excellent organization and communication skills to serve as a liaison among our clients, sales and production. This position includes coordinating programs, ensuring timely, cost-effective distribution of promotional literature, management of inventory, database management and processing orders.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years' experience in direct customer contact. Experience/knowledge pick-pack fulfillment, direct mail & DTC campaigns, distribution & warehousing is a definite plus. Must be assertive and have the ability to prioritize in a multi-tasking environment, work independently and with groups. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel, is also essential. Applicants should also be detailed oriented with superb organizational skills and strong follow-through.
